Abstract: This project develops a centralized intelligence platform to streamline analysts’ access to internal expertise and knowledge. By mapping organizational know-how and informal collaboration networks, it enables natural language queries to surface the most relevant people and resources. The system leverages structured synthetic data usage patterns, from analysts’ pain-points, to deliver fast, personalized recommendations. Ultimately, it transforms tacit knowledge into actionable insights to boost collaboration and reduce search friction.
